| SubmissionsIt is understood that when submitting a manuscript
the author confirms that it has not been previously published or is
being considered for publication elsewhere. Please visit the copyright page for more details.  Manuscripts may be submitted to any of the editors.
In addition, you must send a copy of your manuscript to the assistant
editor along with a covering note telling us which editor
your manuscript is with. You may of course send the manuscript
directly to the assistant editor and the
Editor-in-Chief can decide on the appropriate editor. The editorial office
prefers electronic submission, but we will accept four typed
copies. The intending author should check with their preferred editor
regarding submission to them. The publisher strongly encourages the electronic
submission of manuscripts written in LaTeX or AMSLaTeX.  An
accompanying DVI, PS or PDF file should also be included. Contributions will be reviewed in 100 working
days.  If a manuscript is re-submitted, the author will be
notified within 45 working days.  The author will be provided with a proof for correction after
acceptance. The paper will be published within two weeks of the
editorial office receiving the proof readings by the author/s.   Article
PreparationManuscripts must be written in English. The front-matter should include the title of the
article, author's name, affiliation, e-mail, web page address and
postal address. A running head of less than sixty characters should
also be given.  You should also include Mathematics Subject
            Classification codes (MSC2000)
as well as a  list of keywords. The manuscript must be accompanied by a brief
abstract no longer than two hundred words. The use of mathematical
symbols and displayed formulae must be kept to a
minimum.   References to theorems, equations etc. must not
appear in the abstract.  Bibliographic references, if vital,
should be written in full. All figures and tables must be centred and labeled.  The position of figures should be clearly indicated
in the manuscript and attached in a form suitable for direct
reproduction.   Preference is given to figures produced in
EPS or PDF format.  Bitmap formats may be acceptable (in this
case we would prefer JPG or PNG)  if their resolution does not
preclude high quality print reproduction. All equations, theorems, tables, figures should be
referenced as in "Refer to Figure 3.2", or ".. this
concludes the proof of Theorem  3.1".  Bibliographic
references should be numbered and listed alphabetically at the end
of the article. Authors are advised to consult Mathematical Reviews
for the standard abbreviations of journal
names.  Like other journals, JIPAM has its own style for
numbering of theorems, etc. which, it is assumed,  that authors
will accept once they submit their papers to this journal. Click here to download a
sample article.  You will need AMSLaTeX and the LaTeX graphics
package to compile the TeX source code.  DVI, postscript (PS)
and PDF versions of the paper are also included.  Refer to this
sample for examples of our required formats. Submission should also be accompanied by a signed "Transfer
of Copyright" form. The transfer of copyright will come into affect upon
acceptance of the manuscript. Visit the copyright page for
more details.   PrizeJIPAM would like to encourage the submission of
manuscripts of the highest quality. To this end, JIPAM will award an
annual prize to the best published paper. The Editor-in-Chief
together with a panel of international experts will judge the
papers.  The winner will be announced on the following issue of
the journal, on the RGMIA web
page and the RGMIA mailing list. Further details will be provided in due course.   Other
InformationAuthors of published papers without e-mail
facilities will be sent thirty off-prints of their published
article. Authors will also have the right to use the electronic
version of the JIPAM article on one personal web page. For further information contact the Managing
            Editor. |
